Hotels in Tianhe Stadium/TaiKoo Hui, Guangzhou

We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved every minute of our stay. Hotel itself is very close to the train station and plenty of mall and eateries. On top of that they have in house facilities to keep you entertained and massage chair to end your hectic day. Staffs here are absolutely amazing and very easy to communicate. One of the FD helped me extend my check out till 2pm as our flight was in the evening. I forgot to take his name but thanks a lot for that. Even the concierge staffs are so amazing and friendly, felt so safe and welcoming everytime we came in and out of the hotel. We will definitely be back here and would recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanks Fraser Suite Guangzhou for the amazing hospitality.

Hotel is in an ideal location, near to quant shops across the road, 3 large malls, many eateries along the 2 main cross roads. Accessible via a couple of station exits from Tianyi East starion A and B. Exiting from Xilu Station will be a bit of a walk but doable.  Staff are friendly and very helpful. The room came with a sizable kitchenette. 2 small induction stoves, a full size refrigerator and utensils.

Hotel is connected to Teemall so we were well shieldied from summer heat and subsequent heavy rains due to typhoon Wipha for shopping and meals. Chinese restaurant  serves  good Cantonese cuisine and buffet restaurant  had very generous spreads like oyster with caviar and free flow wines during dinner. Rooms had great views of sunset and even saw rainbow after heavy rains! Hotel was also responsive to requests to make my 81 year-old mother more comfortable and safe like  providing a chair in the shower. Also surprised me with a birthday cake, thank you Sheraton!

Location of hotel was great and nearby malls that we wanted to visit. Hotel staff was also attentive to our needs and immediately change our room when we feedback that the first room had an unpleasant smoke smell. Breakfast is basic and I would say you can probably pass it. Currently the hotel is undergoing renovation and shares the building with another hotel so there's alot of people going up and down the lift. It is quite a wait to go up and down daily. Small pain point though :) would not mind staying here again.

I like this hotel cause he design is amazing the room is spacious the bathroom specially the closet is automatic the bed is comfy They have cute robot send anything to your room The most favorite this hotel is beside shopping mall and MRT , they have connecting door between your hotel and mall , just walk through and you find MCD, BreadTalk, go to basement and they have supermarket, and so many good and delicious restaurant, go down again they connect to MRT GANGDING (line 3 orange) Exit A (easy to go everywhere), and remember if you go EXIT C you will find electronic mall then find lift to go level 4 you will find most famous dimsum restaurants 点都德

The service is enthusiastic, the hotel is well-equipped, the surrounding scenery is beautiful, and you can even see the Guangzhou Tower; the rooms are located on a high floor, which is quite impressive. Front desk staffs are very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Guangzhou Sunrich from June 5th to 10th. Our recent stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Guangzhou, was nothing short of exceptional, truly epitomizing luxury and personalized service from the moment we arrived. Stepping out of our vehicle around 1:30 PM, we were immediately greeted by welcoming staff, setting the tone for a flawless experience. The check-in process was remarkably swift, followed by a dedicated staff member personally escorting us to our room and thoughtfully highlighting all the amenities—a truly elevated touch. Our children were absolutely thrilled with our family panda-themed room, complete with an exciting slide! It instantly became their favorite part of the hotel, bringing endless joy and laughter to our stay. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, nestled directly beside Taikoo Hui and just down the street from several other major shopping malls. This prime spot made exploring and indulging in retail therapy effortlessly enjoyable. Within the hotel, right by the entrance, lies a beautiful café – a perfect spot that clearly attracts many sophisticated patrons for high tea, and for good reason. All the cakes are exquisitely crafted, miniature works of art that are as delightful to behold as they are to taste. Our package included breakfast, which was a delightful spread. Beyond the standard international offerings, we were particularly pleased to find wonton noodles being served – a delicious nod to the local Cantonese cuisine, and a truly authentic touch that we thoroughly enjoyed. What truly elevated our experience was the outstanding staff. They were incredibly friendly and engaging, personally interacting with our children, passing them thoughtful door gifts, and even taking the time to write a lovely card and pose for a photo with our little one. This genuine warmth made us feel incredibly valued. As expected with a family-themed room, the kids were showered with special touches. They received their own lanyards with room access, delightful welcome desserts including cakes and candies, fresh fruit juice, and a selection of fruits. These thoughtful details made them feel incredibly special and truly enhanced their stay. The Mandarin Oriental, Guangzhou delivered an unparalleled experience of luxury, convenience, and genuine hospitality, making it an ideal choice for families seeking an extraordinary getaway. To be honest, after traveling around the world for the past few years- I have become disillusioned with hotel service. When I booked this hotel, I did not expect to receive good service. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel provided excellent service. The room service was excellent. There was a small issue, but the hotel quickly resolved it. The breakfast was normal one , with a rating of 4 out of 5*. The hotel had good soundproofing. The location was excellent. I was worry about the smell in the room, as I am allergic and have asthma. But there was absolutely no smell of cigarettes, mold, or anything else in the room. I'm delighted. Thank you for reminding me what good service is.
