Great location and great staff, always willing to assist you in whatever way they can, especially Peng and Yan. These two are my favorites. There are lots of restaurants nearby, especially Arabian and a few African restaurants.👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

I stayed here for a few days for business. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was big, the sheets were clean, and I could sleep well. The cleaning was careful in every detail. After I entered the room, I got a call from the front desk asking, “Is this room okay?” I felt their care. During my stay, the front desk staff helped me a lot. They lent me scissors, tape, and an umbrella, and they also helped me extend my stay quickly. They supported me in many ways. If you stay near Guangzhou Railway Station, I recommend this hotel. thank you.

During check-in, the staff proactively asked about my needs and offered a ”Goodnight Gift Pack” containing a face mask, steam eye mask, earplugs, and portable disinfectant wipes—showing great attention to detail. Even more delightful was the free rental of commonly used items like charging cables, power banks, and curling irons. Forgot to bring cotton pads? No problem—the front desk had individually wrapped spare ones available. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, not only offering detailed recommendations for nearby dining options but also proactively helping print documents—exceeding all expectations! These value-added items were not only practical but also of great quality, clearly reflecting the hotel's commitment to enhancing the guest experience. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and highly recommend it to all friends who appreciate thoughtful service!

The hotel is ideally located near Sanyuanli Metro Station Exit C2, making travel incredibly convenient. Both the cleanliness and service are excellent, with the staff being very attentive. The rooms are quite nice as well. A buffet breakfast is served, ensuring a hot meal every morning. Its proximity to Baiyun Railway Station and Guangzhou Railway Station makes it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. Furthermore, Metro Line 2 offers direct access to Guangzhou South Railway Station.

I had a wonderful stay at Park Inn Hotel Guangzhou near the railway station. The hotel is very well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, making it an excellent choice for both short and long stays. The location is perfect, right in the city center and within walking distance to many wholesale markets, which is extremely convenient for business travelers. The breakfast buffet is very good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The staff is polite, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist with any request. The rooms are modern, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Being so close to the railway station also makes traveling around the city very easy. Overall, Park Inn Hotel is one of the best options for business trips in Guangzhou, combining comfort, location, and great service.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. However, is a bit difficult to find as it is at the back of a buy, abit hidden. Have to ask the taxi to navigate in Chinese. Overall is all good and.location.

Absolutely Great location. Xiaobei metro station is just 2 minutes walk away. Free shuttle service for Canton fair. Tons of Halal food options available including Arabic, Turkish, Lebanese, African, Pakistani and Indian food. The hotel staff is really nice, polite & cooperative. They just need to improve on their room cleanliness a little bit, specially the carpets.

The hotel’s location is excellent — just a short walk to many restaurants and shops, with a 24/7 convenience store right next door. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay. There was a wide variety of options, both Western and local, and the food quality was outstanding. The environment throughout the hotel was clean, modern, and relaxing. Especially appreciated the self-service laundry room, which was convenient and well-maintained. Overall, an outstanding stay. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next visit!
