The location is great! At Clifford states, you'll have a hub of different kinds of transportation, just a few steps from you. The breakfast has just a few options for western food. The room and bed size are great! The cleaning is the worst point. You can see long time dirty stains, that were never cleaned up. Clearly, the cleaning is just superficialy!

It was my first trip to Guangzhou and I surveyed all the apartments within the distance to Guangzhou South Railway station. I am happy and glad to made the choice to stay at this apartment. Great location, not too crowded and quiet environment. There are restaurants and shops nearby, convenient. Room is the same as advertised, modern and cozy. Clean room, clean bed and clean bathroom. All necessity essentials and amenities are provided. Great service, the beautiful lady Ms. Chen was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend to stay

The hotel is very comfortable, clean and has a good environment! I like this hotel very much. It is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. The surrounding facilities are complete. The subway is right in front of the hotel. It is very convenient for traveling. I am ready to stay again!

Very nice and spacious hotel. Service is amazing and we have booked a huge room. Great place to be with your family. There are zoo animals within the hotel premises (tigers, birds, flamingos, etc.) and the hotel is surrounded by nature. It gives you a feeling that you are in the jungle. Breakfast was very good and there were many both Chinese and ”western” options. It had its own transportation to the Chimelong parks and the Circus was located right beside it. Tickets purchase could be done in the hotel and there is a Kids club for the children to play. The location is great for the Chimelong visitors, but it is a little bit far from the main city attractions. There are some restaurant options within the hotel but for more variety, a 15-25 minutes taxi ride would have to be taken.

Impressive large bathroom with bathtub and double basins in the suite room No. 2002. It has a smart screen on the mirror that was supposed to be able to show movies for guests to enjoy while taking a bath. Unfortunately that device was not connected to the internet depsite the successful connection to the hotel wifi network, so it is useless and wasted my time trying to disconnect and reconnecting to the network, so I suggest the hotel to look into this issue. Other features include the seperate lounge room that has no window so it relies on the sunlight from the bedroom for natural light. The balconies in the bedroom are locked and inaccessible. Overall the furniture and decoration in the room are of high quality and up market. The hotel uses a robot for delivery of meals (including items ordered from the outside). The indoor and outdoor pools are huge and I did enter them and swim for a few munites until I was stopped by the lifeguard rudely questioning where my swim cap was. I told him that I didn't have one and nobody or sign asked me to have one. He was concerned that my short hair could pollute the water of the pool. He said everyone was supposed to wear a swim cap. I would have followed the rule if I was told in advance. The way the lifeguard shouted at me made me feel disrespected. So I wish the hotel could put up some signs to clearly communicate the rules before guests enter the pool.

This hotel is very close to florentia village if you wanna go shopping. Hotel is close to a tram station. The room is very spacious and affordable since i got some discount. It was a good experience. Thank you.

The staff was friendly and attentive, the rooms were modern and comfortable, and the lobby was stylish and inviting. Quirky building not far from the train station and even more quirky room but clean, great view on 21st floor and great for a quick stopover between train journeys... Not far from local shops and restaurants and good access to running in the area including to a large beautiful park. Excellent value and comfortable one-night stay...
