We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite and had a wonderful experience. The space was clean, spacious, and well-furnished, perfect for family or group. The living room was cozy with a comfortable sofa and TV, while both bedrooms offered plenty of privacy and good storage. Overall, it felt like a home away from home — quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Breakfast is great and service is excellence. Highly recommended!

We have a very good stay in Ascott IFC. Its in the center location near by Huacheng square, just a few walk to the big square where you can enjoy the view of Canton tower. Nearby is big restaurant mall called Mall of the world. However if you go metro its little hard to find the location. The hotel room is very spacious for a family, the room was clean, full of ammenties, indoor swimming pool and the breakfast was nice. We stayed for 2 nights, they changed the breakfast everyday. No difficulties for the language. cause staffs can speak english. They provide very good cake for my wife birthday. The hotel service was excellent. I wanna give 9.5 ratings only due to metro distance. I would recommend this hotel. Hope to stay again in this hotel, if I come back to Guangzhou again.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was welcomed by a refreshing fragrance that set the tone for my stay. The rooms were spotless, with large windows and a balcony that let in plenty of natural light. I loved the thoughtful choice of colors, the clean and modern bathroom, and the comfort of a heated toilet. As a solo traveler in Guangzhou for business, I found the environment perfect not only for convenience but also for unwinding and recharging. The breakfast spread was exceptional and truly a highlight of my stay. Overall, The Moment Hotel delivered exactly what I was looking for — comfort, cleanliness, and a touch of elegance. I'll definitely come back. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at CityNote Hotel Guangzhou. The location is incredibly convenient — in the center, right by several shopping centers and just a short walk to the metro, making it easy to get anywhere in the city.The rooms are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort, with everything you need to unwind after a busy day, or, if you're like me, enjoy the amenities the hotel has to offer, like their in-house food and coffee. What stood out most was the staff — friendly, professional, and available around the clock. Xiaoxi and Xiaozhe were especially kind and went out of their way to make my stay smooth and enjoyable, even allowing me to delay checkout when I felt sick on my last day. It’s rare to find a place that combines great design and genuine hospitality so well. I’d happily stay here again on my next trip to Guangzhou and I think you'd enjoy your stay too.

Echic Hotel is excellent. The room is new, clean, and equipped with AI voice control for lighting and curtains. You can even play any music you like through the AI system. The hotel lobby is stylishly furnished, and there are added conveniences such as a gym and a laundry area with washing machines. The location is superb—just a 5-minute walk to Tiyu Xilu train station, with direct basement access to major shopping malls like Parc Central, TeeMall, and Grandview Mall.

I highly recommend this hotel, we had a very pleasant stay! The staff does not speak English well, so translation apps really help. The breakfast was good too, it's small but since it's included in the stay I think it's decent! There was mainly Chinese food and a few Western food options. The room was very clean. I saw a laundry room too in case you need to wash and dry something, but we didn't use it. Very close to the hotel are many big malls where you could go shopping. The location felt safe and there were always staff at the service counter.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. There was a spacious living room, master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom and 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and a shared bathroom. There was a friendly and helpful staff that helped us navigate a takeaway app. Gym was good with new cardio machines. Pool is not kids friendly as it was 1.4m deep throughout.

The service was incredibly warm and attentive; they even reached out a day in advance. The staff were always on hand to assist guests. Since our original room was undergoing maintenance, they promptly upgraded us to a suite and thoughtfully allowed us to choose from available options. The room offered a direct view of the Canton Tower, which, despite the poor weather, was still beautifully visible, albeit partially obscured. The Executive Lounge also provided a generous selection of food and beverages. The high-altitude night view was uniquely breathtaking. We made sure to visit the popular infinity pool; the water quality was excellent, and the children absolutely loved it. Overall, a truly satisfying stay.

I truly enjoyed my stay here at this hotel as I usually rate cleanliness as my main priority. The bedsheets and towels are clean without stains and I like hotels where the flooring is not carpeted. The location is superb, less than 2 mins walk to shibaiqiao station. The toilet flushing system is very good too, and the housekeeping staff ensures that the daily toiletries are provided. If you need to do your laundry , the washing machine automatically adds the detergent and fabric softener hence, saves you the hassle of having to pack your own detergent. There are 2 lifts currently on maintenance and upgrading, so only one lift is available,therefore be prepared for the waiting time. However, the work in progress is expected to be completed by end of this week so it would not be an issue for guests who intend to stay in the following months. The front counter staff did pre-empt us in advance on this but it didn't affect us as there was hardly noise. Despite some waiting time for the lift, I would still rate this hotel overall as excellent for the location, convenience and cleanliness!

This hotel was amazing! Very modern, clean, and smells great everywhere! The carpet in my room was spotless which is usually not true for hotels! I love the way that everyone greets you with a smile. The live singers on Friday night were amazing in the lobby! A special thanks to Clinton for being an amazingly patient and helpful human at 5am in the morning. He granted a for me late check out for me and helped charge my phone! Will definitely stay again
