位置於沙園老城區，很有居民的生活氣息！房樓外部老舊，但是乾淨整潔。房子很乾凈衞生，儘管家用產品比較舊但是很乾凈，有居家的感覺。一開門就感覺去了自家的大姨家。看得出房主是一個愛生活愛家的人。

🙋[對於房東，我想説]服務非常貼心一級棒，毛巾也是消過毒的，可以放心大膽用性價比很高，交通也方便，完全激發起我出門的慾望（ ´͈ ᵕ `͈ ）◞♡很棒，實物和圖片一模一樣，顏色非常鮮艷亮麗，有顏值！哈哈哈説一個細節，衞生間很乾凈，味道特別好，這個細節真的很戳我！！

環境真的很温馨 房東回消息也很及時 各種需要的東西都應有盡有 離地鐵站走路10min 附近也有很多餐廳和美食 唯一有一點點小小的不滿意是衞生間太小了 蹲便和淋浴噴頭有點近 總體來説還是很滿意的！
