I booked a room for two nights. I went out to handle things during the day. The password for the second night was invalid. The staff tried many times but it didn’t work. I had to contact the staff again when I went out 2. The room was set to Do Not Disturb. When I came back the next day, I found that the room had been cleaned and my suitcase was open. My privacy was seriously violated 3. After I checked out, they delayed issuing the invoice. When I contacted the staff, they showed me the amount paid by Ctrip platform to the hotel, saying that my payment amount was different from the amount they received from Ctrip. They kept making excuses for not issuing the invoice. I provided a screenshot of the order (the screenshot showed the deduction after checking out).
