Just a very basic hotel with not much to report about, location is ok but not super close to any subway stations, there is a lot of local shops nearby but i found as a tourist i kept booking a taxi to the big shopping malls. The price is also really high because of its location and since you need to get a larger room otherwise its too small.
You get free breakfast included with certain room packages and I think theres massage and more on floor 4, also laundry room floor 8. Amenities are ok.
One annoying thing is that in my room there is no remote for AC and I had to keep going to the door to adjust the AC

Even though limited with english language, the receptionist patiently wait and willingly to use translation tool he has. I was checked in at 4 AM in the morning due to flight delay, and receptionist is very welcoming.
Overall room experience was great, clean, and daily refill of amenities. AC works perfectly and quickly cool down the room.
Location is near to lot of famous places, such as Beijing Road and Canton Tower, need to take Didi or metro to reach that. Walk to metro requires around 10-15 minutes from hotel.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff are friendly and hospitable and it is in a great location by the river. The walls are a thin and occasional conversations could be heard from within the room. Though most of the time the surroundings are quiet.
