Hygienic and clean, the room has good sound insulation effect, the delivery is very fast, the customer service delivery is very convenient, the room air is fresh and comfortable, the lobby smells of aromatherapy, the aisles are also soundproof, the room is clean, the room is tidy, there are many breakfast categories, the breakfast is colorful, and the front desk service attitude is good.

service is good and attentive, room is spacious and clean. Furthermore, it comes with a simple porridge supper that is nice. Wai mai (food delivery) is easy. The only small review is that it is not directly linked to shopping areas. Closest shopping places, tianhe is about 10-15min walking distance or 2min drives away. But Jam is terrible.

Room very clean and very big the reception help to join member to get free breakfast for us at stay
Location: Not Bad very near to Tian He Fashion Mall & Zheng Jia
Cleanliness: 5 Star Very Clean and Tidy non Smoking room
Services: 5 Star Reception very help full room service very good
They even provide special pillow for you at your stay

I think the location is alright, it is close to 正佳廣場, can either go by taxi or walk there. The room is alright, pretty decent with a proper table. The gym could be better if there is more space and more equipments.

Hotel location is central to the different places and easy for getting a taxi. The reception offered a free room upgrade which was excellent. The room was clean, quiet and came with a lot of automations in the room and toilet. Definitely recommend and will be back to their hotel chain.

Have gym small area
Little bit far from metro 🚇
Bath is little small not very clean with good hot water running
They offer my best water brand
No clothes cabinet only a small thing to hang your clothes with
Over priced
But for me I would not mind to stay there again

Definitely One of the best hotel choices! The staff are friendly and amicale. They will be patient to solve our problems and give an informed advice. The room is clean and tidy. Not to mention the little surprise given by the hotel. What are the surprises? You have to find out yourself as I don’t want to be a spoiler!
