The toilet is having bad smell (smell like urine) when we went inside. Luckily they let us to switch to a better room. The facilities are old but the location is very good.

I want my full refund from Trip.com if not I will lodge an official complaint to IATA as I did not sleep the night of 26th April and 27th I checked out even though I had booked 27th night through trip.com. This hotel is. Co pelte nigh**are, will not advise any guest to ever stay in this hotel or this pathetic area of Guangzhou. Horrible, horrible stay. It was a nigh**are. I want my full refund as in the middle of the night of 26th April I had a cocoroach was climbing up my leg under the bed quilt and the night staff who is a useless man was of no help or could not provide any solution. They advertise 24 hour front desk service, they are liars, the man was fast asleep and did not offer any help, he told me to get refund for 26th and 27th night I would have to write to the platform from where I did this booking which is Trip.com So I want my full refund back.

The room is big enough, well ventilated, well lit, no odor, satisfactory. I asked for the highest floor, where I could see the view, and it was very quiet at night, with almost no noise. The mattress was moderately soft and hard, and I had a good sleep.
