Old and poor furnitures. The bed was too soft and the tv was not working

The floor area is pretty dirty. We used the wet tissue to wipe the floor and table, and found a layer of dirty.
Water pressure was ok but wifi signal isn’t very strong.
Overall front desk and room service is average but they will turn on you immediately after checked out.
On the 2nd night out of the 3 nights stay, we asked them to book a taxi for us. They were happy to do so. However on the 3rd, right after we checked out, we asked for their help again and they refused on the spot. The front desk staff asked us to flag on our own. Kind of disappointing and leave us with a bad impression.

一進門，就被那富麗堂皇的大廳給驚艷到了，緊接着就有美麗温柔可愛大方的前台小姐姐幫你訂好房間，從床鋪被褥到毛巾牙刷全都給你收拾的整整齊齊一塵不染，空調温度合適風力正好還沒有異味，茶几和座椅也非常符合人體工程學的標準，坐上去非常合適不會覺得彆扭，雖然衹住了一天但是卻有了家的感覺，嗚嗚嗚，下次還來

酒店地理位置好，衞生也很乾凈，可能是因為淡季，價格非常優惠，在市中心住到這樣的房間真是賺到了，酒店自有的停車場很大，停車方便，還配套健身房泳池，下次出來玩兒還選擇這裏！

一家大小從外地開車過來廣州玩，酒店在廣州市區位置很好找提供免費停車，辦理入住期間小孩能在大堂遊樂園免費玩耍，不吵不鬧，前台服務員很熱情端茶倒水，房間很滿意，客房阿姨在樓層遇見會微笑打招呼，此酒店推薦入住。

這次入住很滿意，整體很好，很乾凈寬敞舒適，設施設備齊全，床舒服，布草乾淨柔軟很好，尤其讚的是洗漱用品都是一次性的、入住時服務熱情周到，前台接待服務態度很好，很親切，服務很細緻，打掃房間的阿姨很熱心，下雨天還能免費提供雨傘，滿意！
