Location is excellent. Short walk to metro station and eating places. Room is clean, comfortable
and quiet. Relatively old but acceptable furnishings.

The location is good. But general apartment condition is not very good. The interior is old, broken a bit. The staff does their best to help. But overall interior furniture quality, apartment condition, amenities are below average. Need improvement and fixup. We felt the room was too small for us so we upgraded to double room, which was better.
