Nice comfy hotel for an unplanned one-night stay in Guangzhou after a missed flight transfer. Room was clean and had everything you'd expect (including strong AC). Friendly service and a good area with lots of food options right outside.

The hotel in good location, clean room but hotel front desk staffs refused and does not assist to booked taxi to airport. A day before we depart, we request the hotel staff to help us arrange/booked next morning 7am taxi service to airport but they simply say NO ?. The hotel staffs told us to arrange ourselves or just wait at the roadside to for passing taxi to airport. Most hotel guest are foreigner, not familiar with local taxi booking service to airport and don't understand why they don't assist hotel guest for airport taxi service ???
