房子位置在荔灣區老西關文化片區，附近步行5分鐘到10分鐘有永慶坊，陳家祠，荔枝灣公園，上下九步行街，沙麪等景點；1號線地鐵長壽路和8號線華林寺，8號線廣交會出行比較方便，出行非常方便，而且老字號吃吃喝喝的店很多。房子比較整潔，3-4人入住非常舒服。會考慮再過來入住。

近幾年住的最舒服的民宿，主要是房東特別好，房子佈局合理，價位合適。房東知道我們帶着小朋友還專門又買了晾衣架給我們組裝好，屋內的物品一應俱全，都是品牌的或者大超市同品牌，非常棒的一次入住。唯一的缺點就是房子太火爆了不好定，太緊俏了，需要提前預訂。

房東太熱情了，從入住接待到入住過程中的各種解答，美食攻略推薦到後面的退房，服務真的滿分💯。
當晚我們預訂比較晚了，入住凌晨了，房東及時聯繫我們，非常負責任，發給我們入住指引，路線圖很清楚，入住比較順利，房子很實用可愛，還有小童書架書籍，有高清的巨幕投影，煮飯很方便是燃氣灶，我們早上煮了粥；小房子還有一個星空燈，晚上很好睡，床墊很舒服，房間沒有噪音。房子開放不久，沒有裝修的味道，後來知道是之前裝修的房子了，衹是做了一些軟裝改動。下次還和朋友約來小聚，推薦推薦!

房子的位置真的特別特別好，去哪裡都是步行距離就可以逛，家附近就有很多好吃的很多咖啡廳賣東西的店，離珠寶城也特別近，服裝廣場也特別近，在附近走走路距離就逛不完，房東也非常熱情，提出來的問題都及時解決了，房間的床品也很乾凈，廚具那些都很齊全，小露台很適合放風，總之我覺得物超所值住着很舒服，下次還來

房子很舒服，有兩個房間比較適合長者帶小孩一起住，位置也很不錯，距離地鐵站走路兩分鐘就到，附近飯店較多，推薦入住！
