在南崑山腳、派潭鎮高灘村，外圍環境不錯，附近也多農家菜。房間是小複式公寓，最多可住4人，但有點狹小，特別是衞生間和樓梯。衞生搞得不夠徹底，淋浴間內有不少蟑螂屍體（應該是噴過葯）沒清理。

公寓地理位置不錯，中午到了門口的保安需要登記比較多訊息，疫情期間能夠理解。衞生乾淨，陽台的温泉泡池不錯，可以邊看劇邊泡温泉。

交通比較方便，白水寨我們是自駕來的，公共交通方式可以通過地鐵轉，比如地鐵14號線總站從化客運站轉公交，還有廣州市區也有白水寨專線。附近環境真的很漂亮啦，散心真的一絕

這個温泉別墅是我家庭多次選擇休息放鬆的點，這次還充滿希望的訂了兩晚。可惜五一的體驗感特別的差，網上定的價格比前台貴了不説，比春節期間也貴很多，更奇葩的是把我們一家人的三間房間安排到三個樓層，還不相鄰，一層二層四層各一間，也是讓人無語了。房價貴了但其他的方面更讓人失望，相對於前幾次的入住情況，這次入住早餐沒有了，也不能到主樓温泉區泡温泉了，沒有了這些還剩下什麼呢？服務就更談不上了，為了一池子水不吵架就算不錯的了，好在我房間多，不計較一池子水是口頭的一百元還是提示的三十元，但也逼得我第二天放水前先拍照片自證。總的一句話，不推薦不再見！

網上預訂後，第二天快中午安排了房子，房子位置看不清，還以為是有雨棚的。到場後發現沒雨棚，説滿房了。這個也不是碧桂園自營的酒店。説著燒烤房，燒烤東西都準備好帶過去了，下個雨，沒雨棚，讓啥都難於進展，還怎麼燒烤，這一排除了這套房，都有雨棚，還説都是業主自己裝的，業主自己裝不裝沒關係，你總得留有燒烤地方吧，下雨就沒地，還宣傳燒烤房，而且安排房子時沒説，我還問了燒烤事宜的準備，管家還好臨時搭設個遮蓋，不過衹有一半，如圖片還漏水，拿個桶接着，臨時遮擋的薄膜雨棚角落還積水，時不時得用棍子捅下防止積水壓下來或者那個塑料棚裂開。房子內連最基本礦泉水都沒有，連普通旅館都比不上，熱水也不熱，地板還滑。房子內部陳設也老舊了，有股味道，空氣不是很好。房子離公共泡温泉的地方也有些距離，走路有10分鐘吧，要另外買票。住宿地方內的小泡池，竟然説衹能放一次熱水。入住後，有問題，問住宿的服務人，回覆特慢。衹能説還不如酒店的公寓，人家還含温泉門票和自助餐，至少不用這樣。
