這次出差住宿，很慶幸能遇到這麼心善的老闆。本來想着臨時住一晚就訂了99平價房應付一下，廣州的冬夜，空虛寂寞冷，想開空調發現找不到遙控器，可能是老闆忘記放了吧，社恐的我很少去打擾別人，於是自作主張用手機開了空調製熱，就在我歎着空調想妹紙的時候，老闆嘭嘭嘭的敲門進來説開空調製熱要加收30塊，我懵逼了完全不知道啥情況，後來經過老闆友好溝通，“現在關掉收10塊，等下再被我發現你偷開空調就收30塊”。大冬天不讓開空調製熱，老闆肯定是看我瘦弱多病，好心磨練我的身體意志。在老闆悉心教導下，我才明白攜程房型説明裡麪“空調-僅製冷”的意思是制熱要另外收錢，而不是空調衹有製冷功能，我醍醐灌頂，感覺自己知識水平猛然提高了一大截。老闆沒提前告訴我，應該是忘記了吧，又或者默認我知道這個規定，我也沒在房間和酒店的任何地方看到這個規定，肯定是我遺漏了，我感到非常抱歉，是我不懂規矩，不講武德，去騙，去偷老闆的電，這好嗎？這不好。退房時老闆看我後來沒再開空調，大發慈悲就不扣我錢了，10塊錢吃不了一餐隆江豬腳飯，但是足以讓我感激涕零，老闆還説市橋這邊的酒店都是這樣，提醒我出門在外，江湖險惡，真大善人也，不給滿分不足以表達我的感激之情。祝店家生意興隆！！

外出學習，第二次在這個酒店住了，感覺不錯，有電梯，老闆娘人很好，還免費升級了房型，以後有機會還是會住這家！

老闆娘很熱情，窗户外面就可以晾衣服很方便，房子就在路邊，逛街什麼都很方便，説是剛搞完衞生，但是晚上睡覺的時候發現兩個枕頭都有臟東西，想着太晚了就沒有找老闆娘處理了，衞生問題有待提高

大床房，一雙拖鞋，一條浴巾，2條毛巾，水壓可以，無免費礦泉水，床有點硬，門下面的縫有點大，隔音：聽到隔壁呼嚕聲

交通方便，衞生也夠整潔，就是不巧訂到的房間是開窗就能摸到隔壁樓的，其他的感覺還可以了，就這個價位是挺值得住的了，周圍店鋪多，離地鐵站是真的近，挺方便的
