酒店房間又大又新，房間裏温泉池大，温泉是真温泉，泡完皮膚滑滑的。靠着流溪河邊泡温泉泡茶簡直是享受。無論是前台服務，禮賓部，服務員都熱情有禮。唯一不足的是有些地方在裝修，露天温泉不能泡，但我們住的湖濱樓沒有影響。還有就是早餐品種太少了。等其他樓棟裝修好再去住不同的房間。

目前正在建設之中，過幾個月裝修完後可能會有更多活動空間，翠溪賓舍應該更多地宣傳一下，可以成為中小學生的學習基地

房間設施很棒，有除濕機和烘乾機。房間裏的泡池也很大。温泉水應該是真的。另外，服務很周到。下次有機會還會來。最好以後山景房泡池裡的窗口也做成可以開窗的，更通風，泡温泉時不會太悶，也可以看看山景。

住在蘭苑區，房間帶泡池，也有公共温泉。看到當地人買温泉票來泡的，門票1百多元。
蘭苑的設施舊了些，聽説馬上要裝修了，露天陽台裏的泡池，很舒服，不限次數隨便泡，温泉出水温度70度。
小蘇打温泉是稀缺資源，聽酒店人員介紹，世界上僅有2處，另外一處在瑞士，稀缺資源就在身邊，以後要經常來了。
酒店很有歷史底藴 位置就在景區（白石山生命谷也是水庫的下游），接待過尼克遜希哈努克，國家領導人也在此療養，別名中南海冬都。酒店園景很美 ，值得仔細欣賞。
正趕上十五，酒店有包元宵猜燈謎活動。
房間裏送了龍年郵票，很貼心。
酒店的自住早餐一般，點餐不錯，當地的娟魚很好吃。還買了特產陳皮花生、陳皮應子當手信。
住了2晚，意猶未盡，以後還回來。

房間超級棒 親水樓層與湖面相連 温泉也是好正 還可以去後山走走吸收新鮮空氣 山路走的很舒服一點不陡峭。下次會再來。

1、總體：整個園區的空氣、景色很好，散步遊覽不錯。爬了下白石山體驗佳。但是住宿體驗一般，尤其是春節有漲價比平時貴，蘭苑雙床房980，漲價也能理解，不過房間、温泉設施真的是比較陳舊了，不太值。
2、温泉：温泉是老牌真温泉，水質很不錯是最大優點。是真的很小，説是21個池子但都是很小的，整個温泉區也是兩步路就沒了。不過泡得還是挺舒服的，有幹蒸濕蒸，按摩池就不要期待了，還個腳底噴水的是壞的。
3、住宿：住宿衞生條件還是可以的，就是房間設施尤其是浴室的東西比較陳舊，拖鞋好重一股膠臭味，浴袍也是皺巴巴起球很久的了。性價比真的一般。
4、服務：服務員質量良莠不齊吧。總體還是可以的，就是一顆老鼠屎壞了一鍋粥。11號傍晚蘭苑那個前台真的是，明明當時也沒別人也不忙，問她兩句就挺不耐煩的，問旁邊温泉裏有沒有寄存櫃子，甩臉色説不知道...感覺前台説不知道這件事就很離奇，更別提説個不知道還理所當然甚至甩臉子，麻了...不過也就蘭苑前台這個奇葩，其他都正常。客房打掃阿姨中間過來送水，問要不要換垃圾，很熱情。另外房間的梳子質感很好用起來舒服，非贈品但是應該每次都有徹底清潔，很乾凈，這點很滿意。睡前沒找到暖氣半夜凍醒了，打電話客房值班也是過來送了被子幫忙開了暖氣，雖然等了一段時間，但大半夜的給我們解決了問題，還是滿意的。

酒店很大，有歷史底藴，環境清幽，古色古香，温泉離房間很近，可以多泡幾次，就是人有點多！從住宿樓棟去酒店大門需要找前台叫車車接送（年輕人自己走路也不遠）。傍晚還會開夜床，補瓶裝水，倒垃圾，比較貼心。
