The front desk staff were super friendly, and the location is great—right next to the train station and Po Mark Shopping Mall. The only downside was the lift, which can be a bit slow during busy times since the building’s shared. Our room was okay, but it had a strong smell of smoke, which wasn’t ideal, and it felt a bit dated—it could use a refresh. Also, the breakfast could really use more variety; we stayed for three nights and ended up having pretty much the same thing each morning.

Breakfast was good, I love the space in the two bedroom suite. The bathroom is spacious too.
However the amenities of the hotel need more improvement. The washing machine and dryer are quite slow at the moment and took us awhile to wash and dry our clothes fully. Location is not too bad, Didi drivers are able to locate the hotel accurately during pickup and dropoff. Would love to be back once the hotel is fully refurbished.

We have booked a two bedroom family room for 3 nights. The hotel room is very specious, clean, and we like hotel in room amenities. The hotel provides good quality amenities, more over the location is very convinent because it is opposite to the subway station. Staff, especially Crystal is very helpful and informative. Over all We like the hotel vert much and will come back for sure

Early check-i front office was helpful for doing and explaining the breakfast etc. room will cleaned and neat. Directly opposite GZ East station. It was a very good and pleasant stay

Dear Crysta,
my one night stay in the LIZ Hotel in Guangzhou was a pleasant experience that helped me relax and refresh myself before continuing my journey the next morning inside China.
It's location near the Guangzhou East Railway Station (Guangzhoudong) is a very convenient one, especially if you plan to travel by train. Also it's easily accessible by the close by Metro Station (Guangzhou East Railway Station), in case you need to get to or come from the airport as in my case.
My room was clean and ready up to my expectations and during my short time there I was happy with the provided services.
Lastly, there are some western type of food choices for breakfast, which I think is always a big plus for foreigners.
Thank you and hopefully I will use your services in the future.

Just 2 minutes walk from Guangzhoudong (Guangzhou East Railway Station) Gate 4. Easy access for anyone travelling to/from Hong Kong or other destinations from here.
Very nice hotel, neat and clean. The breakfast is pretty good. sufficient for vegetarians as well. Rooms are big, Spacious bathroom, all amenities + extras included. Not all staff speaks English, but they do know partially and maybe they find it more comfortable to use translator device perhaps friendly and polite. Multiple names were seen at the vicinity . For location/Maps it is advisable for the Non-Chinese to carefully search names & exact address.
