For a regular traveler this is paradise, clean , value for money and world class service from Fanfan, she manage everything and for someone visiting China for first time it was out of world service by her for assisting to order food vegan and booking taxi .
She is awesome and will do everything for her clients.

The hotel was very clean and cozy, offering a comfortable stay and the gym was just amazing. However, some rooms lacked natural light, as they either had no windows or relied solely on artificial lighting.
The front desk staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing me a late checkout.
One downside is the location—it’s a bit far from the city center (about a 30-minute taxi ride), and finding halal food nearby was inconvenient.
Overall, a pleasant stay, but keep these factors in mind if you prioritize natural light, easy access to halal dining, or proximity to the city center.

Check in was super smooth, room was very spacious at level 6 executive king room.
there was not much noise that i could hear from other rooms, and i was able to have a good rest.
However, on the 2nd night of stay, the centralised air-conditioning spew 2nd-hand smoke into our room. i got an headache from it and requested front-desk receptionist to help change the room. they promptly assisted me and i got a room change within 5 minutes 👍
after changing to 7th floor, it still had the same issue. but this time since there was a door to divide living room and bedroom, it was more manageable and i had a good sleep.
they also have a dedicated robot service to bring your ******* deliveries up to your room.
check-out was smooth too. receptionist helped us on didi ride-hailing selection since we had two big luggages.
overall the stay was pretty good.

Before I criticize I have to say, the staff were incredibly friendly and nice. The hotel needs to ensure proper maintenance. There was a little water leak in the bathroom which was noisy. The air-conditioned thermostat didn't work either the room gets extremely cold or hot.

One of the cleanest hotel you can find in the area for the price range. 3rd floor gym and pool was the highlight for my 8yrs old. The staff are helpful and considerate especially Cancan. Thank you for making our visit memorable.
