The hotel building is old and the cleanliness is doubtful. In the morning there was a cockroach walking on the bed where me and my daughter slept which was very scary. They offered to change the room but wevonly had one night stay and apologized. More than that, it took about 30 minutes for the check-in, they kept asking the passports. Connecting to wifi was a challenge too, as it's not automatic. The complementary lemon water in the lobby was old and had a disgusting taste. I won't recommend staying in this hotel, it doesn't deserve the 3 diamonds rating.

過節期間提前攜程上預訂的，位置上距離廣州塔還是有一定距離的，不過開車自駕還好一些，前台帥哥不錯，帶孩子免費增加了早餐券，

缺點：1:維也納早餐要啥沒啥吃的 一口熱水
熱茶都沒有 難吃 烤吐司説什麼壞了 用不了 種類也少 饅頭都是冷的！！
2:一進廁所就是蟑螂🪳 ，枕頭不舒服 窗户也打不開 3:洗澡噴頭都掛不住 拿着洗澡 暈 到處都臟兮兮 設施陳舊 瓷磚都破的 沙發也是破的 坐都不想坐
一點不隔音 外面説話聽清清楚楚

瀝滘地鐵站出來後走的1.2km是穿過一個荒涼荒涼的城中村，然後才能到酒店，一開始看着地圖走到懷疑人生：嗯？！這是廣州嗎？
而且村子前段沒有路燈，如果外地人初來乍到晚上走會比較害怕尤其女孩子——但其實不用怕正常走就好了那裡都是正常居民
酒店總體設施齊全，自助洗衣房很好，雖然在海珠區但其實算半郊區了，晚上很安靜，不過早上八點就會有破碎錘開始工作
房間有些些乾燥木材的味道，有點不是很好聞，空調效果馬馬虎虎並不能強冷，洗完澡窩床上會熱出汗

酒店地理位置不錯，就在瀝滘牌坊對面，很好找，整體衞生挺乾淨整潔的，早餐種類很豐富，豆漿自磨的很營養，前台服務態度也很熱情，遺留了充電寶在酒店，也很快聯繫我，幫我寄了回來，必須給大好評，下次還會再來住的，挺舒適的。

酒店服務：前台都還不錯，挺有禮貌的；
酒店設施：各方面挺齊全，有早餐，有會議室，還有停車場跟洗衣房；
酒店衞生：衞生乾淨整潔，客房打掃阿姨也都很有禮貌；
隔音效果：隔音很好，很安靜，非常推薦大家入住這裏哦~
位置：位置很不錯，旁邊有個農行，對面就有公交去展館，一樓還有便利店，挺方便的，必須給五分好評！！！強烈推薦一下，早餐很好吃哦~！
