地理位置優越，鬧中取靜的地方，窗外就是中葯市場，附近超多批發葯材的店，路過時濃濃的葯香令人沉醉並開眼界！不過對腿腳不太好的長者不太友好，樓道樓梯非常窄，上床的梯子也需要手腳並用爬上爬下。

旅行途中鐘點房歇腳3小時，可以看投影，房間很小，但是設施齊全，地理位置好，位置不太好找。

花了錢住在樓梯底下房間也沒有浴巾衹有毛巾沒有一次性拖鞋進出的門都是玻璃的要彎腰半個身子才能進洗手間很壓抑入住後才發現吃東西是要坐地下的認真看的話還有小螞蟻陪你

回家有一段時間才過來點評，地理位置極佳，居上下九步行街沙麪永慶坊都很近，周圍也有很多吃的，雖然房間很小，但是衞生環境搞得很好，有個熱情阿姨有問必答，跟老闆娘溝通也比較順暢，有什麼問題都能及時解決。凡事有正有反，老樓新改造裝修的，樓梯間距窄，有行李搬運不方便，晚上有夜宵攤吵鬧聲音，不過可以接受的程度，總體來説很好。

房間總體還不錯，得上樓梯，樓梯很狹窄，有行李的住客不推薦。對我來説，主要是衞生間太小，洗澡很困難。所以取消了第二天的預訂，但是跟房東微信聯繫，服務還不錯的。
