房間衞生可以，有兩個洗手枱兩台電視，十分方便！但店家態度實在不行，退房後還想去玩想着先寄存一下行李，店家諸多意見，説來説去就是不想你把行李放在那裡，最後我們都是帶着行李一併走的……在7棟租房很多次了，遇到不同的店家，半個月前還來過，從來沒有説要登記小朋友訊息以及寄存行李這麼多意見的，絕對不會再訂這個店了！！！

在融創那邊住公寓好多次了，感覺這次的體驗相對差。由於暑假原因，週末房源相對緊張也漲價，想着一家子人挑個大點的套房，住的寬鬆點。入住後發現房間跟圖片相差很大，裏面佈置過於簡陋，也不是訂房時圖片看起來的那種大套間。比起之前在別家住的套房要差不少。床跟床墊也不好，有異響，其中一張大床的床墊是那種比較差的彈簧床，坐上去彈簧異響太明顯，對於一些睡眠敏感人來説會影響睡眠。房間的床墊稍好，但床不是很結實，稍用力坐上去床會搖晃，感覺床的骨架很軟。

第7棟距離商場很近，但房間衛生不足，有多只蚊子，瓜子殼也有，枱子有塵，幸好廁所沒味道，可以下午2點才退房
