房東服務非常好，這套房子是在高層32樓而且門前走廊是開放式全玻璃的，我們家裡有一位恐高的不敢過去，房東很有耐心發了好幾個底層選擇都讓去看了。最終我們還是住了這套房因為江景特別棒而且裏面裝修也是最好的，跟圖片一樣。
房子户型好，通風好，熱的話三個卧室都有空調和門。老小一家子住着方便晚上互相不打擾。
三月份去的廣州，濕度非常高，衣服洗完完全晾不幹，這個房子有個小亮點就是洗衣機帶烘乾功能，輕鬆解決了洗後晾不乾的問題。

距離地鐵站非常近，交通方便，離永慶坊步行10來分鐘，房間乾淨，也比較安靜。全家入住體檢好還是挺不錯的，客服小姐姐很耐心，有問必答，感謝😊😊😊😊

房間很乾凈衞生，周圍環境漂亮，房間裏可以看江景，出門到地鐵站也方便；房間設施齊全，洗衣機還有烘乾功能，有洗衣服和消毒液，老闆準備的很用心。所以最後加住了一晚~

房子出乎意料的好！
特別好，房間很乾凈整潔，而且這邊的房間還是可以望江的，非常舒服，晚上睡覺也很安靜，和酒店不同的是這邊房間是有配備廚具的，做飯也沒問題，管家式的服務非常之的熱情貼心，這次入住非常滿意，下次有需要還會預訂的

房子很大，該有的傢俱基本上都有 🙋[對於房東，我想説]房東非常貼心，回覆消息也很快，發現問題及時與我們溝通很負責）💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]下次的廣州之旅還會選擇這一家 📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]非常便捷，樓下就是地鐵站，去哪都非常方便。附近還有北京路步行街，步行可以到永慶坊、及其他的商場，這個價錢可以説是很良心了 🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]床超級大，隔音效果也好。而且房間環境衞生特別好 打掃的非常乾淨 非常滿意！

地理位置蠻好的，距離沙麪很近，小區也很漂亮，臨江很舒服。缺點是衞生比較一般，毛巾上有一根頭髮，床單沒有漿洗過的感覺，感覺整體裝修也比較老舊。
