Overall Hotel is good and clean, also location is good, if they add small refrigerator and Iron box in the room then much more better

Location is good for business travellers! Room is clean however if you bring your own sanitary items housekeeper do not refill the hotel supplies regularly! The receptionist are always greet and smiling

服務：工作人員在前台講話聲音特別大聲，完全不顧客人的存在
關於酒店的續住問題，一般情況下客人第二天退房前1-2小時左右前台會聯繫客人是否續住，如果客人不續住那麼是不是才會把這間房間掛至網上。當天的情況是我打電話準備續住，前台告知我本人房間已經被掛出去了，請問這個合理嗎
（漢庭酒店我不是第一次入住，其他店漢庭酒店前台會提前打電話諮詢顧客是否續住）
