房間設施太差，門是壞的，浴缸，洗手盆，就連浴巾也是壞的，我是華工畢業的，就是懷着對華工的留念才選了這裏，結果大失所望，以後再也不敢住這裏了！

先説優勢，再談不足。
【優勢】：校內，距離考點近，安靜，每天能打擾房子衞生，會送零食和水果，門口迎賓員會貼心地開門提行李。
【不足】：賓館的空調不可以制暖，這大冬天的凍**，從缺失一個小小的制暖空調就可以看出來該賓館匹配不上它的價格（3晚1562元）、檔次、以及賓館的格局。部分服務人員素質低下，在我睡覺的時候直接刷卡粗暴地開我房門，貴賓館是怎麼培訓禮儀的？一年級小朋友都比你們講禮貌。

複試住了幾天，因為就在華工裏面，除了吃飯拿外賣都非常方便。雖然酒店設施充滿了復古氣息，但是維護得很不錯，衞生很贊，服務態度也很棒，也沒有蚊蟲侵擾。早餐比預想中差了一點點，茶點種類略少。

在華南理工大學校園裡，環境優美，樓下西湖苑餐廳味道不錯。到學校大門（東門）步行要十幾分鍾，再到地鐵站要幾分鐘。酒店衞生乾淨，但床很硬。

校園環境一流，很便利，帶小朋友來感受大學氛圍，教室、校園餐廳很便利，電動自行車超級方便，帶着小朋友騎車遊校園很開心，但房間設施就有點久了。

乾淨整潔，裝修老舊，空間窄小，衞生間略有異味，在校內遊園方便，總體來講不建議家庭親子居住，適合商務出差。

挺好的，主要是住在學校裏特別方面，考試不用擔心塞車。但是晚上有蚊子，有點影響睡眠質量，客房配的電蚊香片太香了，建議賓館如果可以配電驅蚊液就最好了！
