房間衞生差，最差的是晚班的男服務員，客房提供的壞充電器讓他解決説不關他的事，付款充不到電説與他無關，那你擺這個東西不是默認的嗎？！讓他幫換其它房的一晚都沒有換來，説酒店不提供充電器服務，那付款的也可以，也沒有！好歹你也是麗楓酒店，不是發瘋酒店，基本的服務都沒有，態度還極差。洗手間衞生極差，各種毛還有沒有沖乾淨的馬桶，不用説這個極差前台也不會給你解決。嚴重投訴

房間略顯陳舊，地毯也有點臟了...小姐姐的服務還是挺好的，酒店後面的小巷有早上粥和腸粉吃，吃過早上安排了車送機場，還是比較方便的...可以點贊一個！

額，走廊看着還好，就是地毯需要更換了。房間的地毯也很臟，櫃子都哎，方正我不敢掛衣服，所有設施都比較舊了。還有，房間里居然出現蟑螂，孩子們喊，要拿起來拍的時候，就鑽到別的地方去了，還有我們刷卡進去房間的時候，房間居然很冰。也不知道誰知道我們要住，事先開了空調。服務：前台還行吧，辦理入住挺快的。但房間我實在不滿意。

來接機的服務還是很不錯的，前台小姐姐態度有點冷淡，然後叫給水都叫幾次沒有拿，房間裏衞生很差勁，馬桶裏居然還有一坨頭髮，水壺裡的茶葉袋都發黴啦
