It is located in the CBD area of Guangzhou, hence very easy to grab a taxi. The main entrance of the hotel is located at the backside of ICC.. The hotel itself is quite new, hence the amenities and facilities are quite nice. Toiletries were replenished everyday. Plenty of food option available in ICC, hence finding food around the hotel is not difficult. Only complain is that the breakfast location is not in the hotel… it was located in a restaurant outside of the hotel premises which you can access via a connected hallway that is open only during the breakfast hour. The food there wasn’t that ideal and the options were very limited. The setting of the restaurant was a pizzeria hence the atmosphere was just like a fast food chain. With the markup in price to include breakfast, you can honestly get much better food via a food delivery app or even on your own. The front desk staffs are helpful especially Winnie，she is always considerate.

Easy to find, clean and nice apartments. Location is good, close to APM and metro station, walkable to Guangzhou East Railway Station

Value for money. Clean and nice hotel. Shower area was very good. Loved to see that they give 24 hour free coffee machine provided in lobby and entrance. Nice gesture. Would love to stay again here

Rooms were clean, WiFi was good and amenities were great. Location not too bad if u don't mind walking a litte. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Sheltered connection to icc mall, which has a few food options and a cinema. It is also a 5-10min walk to another mall that offers other food options. Room is like a studio apartment, clean and modern, complete with bathtub, washing machine, stove and microwave.

Amazing accommodation, located quite central to all the places that tourist usually visits. Price is affordable for such high quality apartment.

Very spacious, clean, and reasonably priced. An easy 500m or so walk to/from Linhexi metro. Also a Lavazza close to the building where the workers speak English. Only complaint is that VPN simply does not work on the Wifi here, so I'm forced to use my painfully slow cell connection for emails.

Breakfast even worse than local Chinese brand, cannot believed they subcontract to outside restaurant in ICC mall for breakfast….
Hotel room air conditioning they locked the function….you opened the air con then only provided heat but unable to control the temperature which made me sweat all night…..l even paid for more than Sheraton but l can’t slept well and don’t have control for the air conditioning which is totally ********.
