The hotel room appears to be relatively new, with a well-maintained and spacious layout—particularly the bathroom and toilet, which were generously sized and comfortable. Its location is convenient, especially for those traveling to the Tianhe area, with only a short Didi ride required. The staff were warm and welcoming, and they were also very helpful in assisting with the receipt and collection of parcels from Taobao and *******. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. it truly exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Lobby is not located at the ground floor.
The room is spacious and clean. Location is close to shops and eateries. Overall a good experience.

Excellent stay and room very spacious, ground floor lobby has a delivery counter and manned by staff. Many eateries nearby and a short walk to LHX metro station.

The hotel was clean and we can see the stadium out from our room. The room was spacious and the location is close to a lot of place of interest. Will come again

Nice Service apartment and very convenient. Just right above the ICC shopping mall. We will definitely be back again. Hotel seems short of staffs it took us 30mins wait for the checking in and there’s only one staff working.

Microwave/griller oven was not well maintained. Oil from griller vent dripped oil onto my breakfast. No formal apologies from management & no follow up. Breakfast was soiled by dripping oil in the microwave. Didn't offer to compensate me for ordered-in breakfast, just offered me packed food.

Fantastic location with plenty of dining options just downstairs. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I was specifically looking for a newer hotel in the area, and this property ticked all the boxes. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Guangzhou.
