Spacious room with washer and a small kitchenette. Lots of shelves and storage. Eateries are nearby. There’s a connecting bridge to bring us to the ICC mall.

Price was preety fair... I recommend stay here in low season.. High season not. Possible to get room...

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I was upgraded to the Executive Studio on the 10th floor, and enjoyed the view of the Stadium and malls at Taikoo Hui. The staff on duty were also helpful in answering queries related to renting a powerbank, getting around by Didi and public transport. They were also accomodating with a late check-out as my flight home was at night.
Of note is the excellent soundproofing. Despite being located on a busy road, it was calm and peaceful. This was unlike another hotel I stayed in previously.
While the room is clean, and comfortable with ample cabinet space, an in-room washing machine, microwave and induction stove, drying racks for laundry, detergent, cutlery, crockery and utensils had to be requested- through a call to reception.
Location:
Linhexi MRT Exit C is about 500 m away - on the side of the stadium It has escalators (both directions) and is useful for those with luggage. Exit D is oyhe same side of the road and is connected to high end mall with restaurants, spas and cafes. A short walk away is another mall with more varied choices

Modern service apartment. Good central location. Very good service. Only washing machine in room so you need to air dry your clothes.

Spacious and comfortable. Minimal noise at night. Walking distance to metro station in Tianhe district. Very helpful front desk staff.

All staff from reception to door are very courtesy and helpful.

Room in very new and clean condition. Everything is highly functional. Perfect stay
Location:
Great location in the Tianhe vicinity. Tianhe is the financial hub of Guangzhou. Lotsa trees providing cooling environment for walk. Very clean roads.
Accessibility:
Metro:
Nearest LinHe Xi metro station with direct line to Baiyun Airport.
Use Metro C exit if carrying luggage. It has both directions escalators. Nearest exit is D.
DiDi:
A DiDi ride to Baiyun airport takes around 30-40 mins, fare around rmb100 or less.
Fun facts:
There’s 3 car showrooms in this ICC building.
The Mercedes AMG, Audi and Zeekr. Absolute bonus eye candy for car lovers.
