It was not turned on at all. I called the front desk and asked me to turn on the light myself. It was dark and I found the light but couldn't turn it on. The front desk was very impatient. Later, they asked someone to come and take a look and asked me to wait. Be patient. After waiting for five minutes, no one came. I called the front desk again and was told that the electrician had gone home and he didn't know when he would come. I didn't even say a word of apology. I was speechless. At least I called the guest to inform him and let him go back first. It was hot and stuffy and he made me wait. When I checked in, I confirmed that the check-out time was two o'clock. I didn't have a good rest at night. I caught up on my sleep during the day and was suddenly woken up by a phone call at about eleven o'clock asking if I wanted to renew my room. I felt that there was no sense of service. The hotel is located in a relatively remote location and there is a garden inside. This is the first time I’ve received a bad review after staying at a hotel for more than ten years.
