The Yumanju apartment is very nice. It feels more like home than most hotels I've stayed in. The apartment is very comfortable overall and has a full kitchen with oven, double induction cooktop, full gourmet size refrigerator and freezer.
Best of all, it has a 2-in-1 washer + dryer combo unit. Put your clothing inside and it will wash and dry them! Free laundry detergent is provided.
For any issues or requests I had, such as needing a quiet room, the hotel staff was quick to accommodate me and provide a satisfactory resolution.
The projector in my apartment came with a very large high quality silver screen and provided a fun movie watching experience.
The location is excellent, being a mere 15 minute bike ride or Didi from the Grandview Mall, which is an excellent shopping center. If you need a quick meal, there are ample small restaurants and convenient stores within walking distance of the apartment
Guangzhou is full of many beautiful scenic places, historic temples, and fashion shopping malls. Every day feels like a new adventure here!
Overall, I highly recommend the Yumanju apartment for anyone needing a place to stay that feels like home.

Fanstastic place, in a lovely area. Spacious 1 bedroom with a kitchen and a proper living room and lots of storage. Great shops with in 5 minutes work, like Starbucks, fruit shop, barbers very useful. Amazing park in 10 minutes walk with a brilliant playground if you’ve got kids.
The apartment was cleaned everyday with clean sheets, and the support team in the facility are great.
Also the lifts are great, immaculately clean and fast .

The family projector unit itself was not that impressive.
Location: in Tianhe, but not near subways at all - ok if you didi exclusively like us
Service: they respond readily via WeChat, they’ll come if you can’t sort it yourself - bathroom drain choked so can’t bathe & living room light spoilt, washing machine doesn’t close properly all on day 1 frustrating hubby+++. Washing machine issue we had to live with coz no real solution…
Projector: runs slow, you can manual reset by switching on n off as instructed, but nothing free u can really watch (non VIP account) except some shows we have never heard of (funny only till a certain point).
Positive: they do give ample bottles of water, tissue and housecleaning services if required.

Good choice for a low price. Location is good. the hotel has everything you need for your stay in Guangzhou. The staff was very supportive and friendly. Cleanest was ok. It could be better. But in general, I am happy with my stay at this hotel.
