22年暑假帶孩子來廣州玩，就在廣州禮信酒店住了好幾天，25年暑假又帶孩子父母來住，還是同一間房，可是這次給我的體驗感非常糟糕，我入住了這麼多酒店，我從不挑剔，但是這次的酒店依舊是停留在我三年前來的樣子，衹是更破損了，説説房間吧，房間床單有一些污漬，我忍了，廁所馬桶堵了，我也忍了，毛巾也是有污漬，我也忍，廁所垃圾桶，跟客房垃圾桶都沒套袋子的，紙巾垃圾直接丟進去的，我覺得很不衞生，更重要的是，孩子們睡著了，我躺在床頭玩手機，一衹蟑螂在床頭邊跑，嚇**了，沒辦法一點多還起來抓蟑螂🪳所以廣州禮信這次給我體驗感無敵差勁，以後不會再選擇了

環境真的很差，房間是主樓後附加的，門縫也大，旁邊緊挨着一幢居民樓，空調聲很大，設備設施簡陋，錯誤的選擇。前台工作人員一點也不專業，好像臨時工一般，差評！

A family of four planned to stay at a hotel, hoping to choose a more convenient suite. However, we discovered mosquitoes in the room, some marks on the bed, and the mattress was quite hard while the pillows were too soft. The only advantage was that the hotel is located near the high-speed train station.

The counter 1 younger girl is horrible.
The young chap and 1 older girl are very nice.
My hotel room is next to the railway track....so is quite noisy
