**Excellent Stay with Great Convenience!**
This hotel is truly a gem! Its location near the subway station makes transportation incredibly convenient—perfect for exploring the city.
What made our stay even more delightful were the little extras: the hotel offers a lovely afternoon tea service, and the 24-hour free coffee is such a nice touch! The staff were all warm, friendly, and always ready to help.
Our room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for both convenience and comfort. Will definitely stay here again!
Also almost forgot , free bus that take you to the canton fair

Great stay, hotel was clean, washing machine and dryer works. Receptionist automatically upgraded my room to one with a bigger bed

I had a wonderful stay at **Xana Deluxe Hotel**! The location is perfect—very close to the subway, making it easy to get around the city.
The rooms were **clean and comfortable**, and the toiletries provided were of **great quality**. What really stood out was the **exceptional service**—the receptionist was extremely kind, **upgrading my room for free** and even **extending my check-out time until the evening** at no extra cost!
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. On my next trip to Guangzhou, I’ll definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at XANA Deluxe Hotel for two nights and found the location to be quite nice. Situated in an old area of Guangzhou, it’s easy to explore on foot and conveniently near the red line subway station.
The hotel is housed in an old building, which adds to its charm. The reception staff were helpful during check-in, making the arrival process smooth.
However, I had an unpleasant experience during check-out. The receptionist asked how I booked my stay, and when I mentioned I used Trip, she requested that I open the app so she could leave a review on my behalf. I found this to be quite impolite and declined her request. I hope the hotel management reminds their staff not to engage in such practices in the future.
Overall, while the location and initial service were good, this experience left a negative impression.
