There was a strong smell in the room. I went to the reception and wanted to change rooms. However, after being told that there was no room available, they immediately closed the door and could not be contacted. In the end, I had to spend money to book another room on my own. When I checked out early in the morning, the reception did not open the door. The service was poor. I will continue to do so in the future. Won't come again, highly recommend.
