Everything about the hotel is good to exceptional, except for the shower. The hot water is not mixed, it comes cold and hot alternatively (less star for amenities). I'm surprised they gave free breakfast, which was excellent! Love the food here better than the breakfast at Renaissance hotel in Shenzhen. Good job! Overall, I'm happy with my stay and if I ever comes back to Guangzhou, I will stay here again.

One of the best service hotel I ever stay in a 3 star hotel, they even provide bus to canton fair. they serve daily breakfast and afternoon tea. Not only that, their hotel hall come with freeflow drink and very nice bottle cold brew tea. they provide umbrella and raincoat! they have very nice tea candy too. free to use laundry and dryer. room is new and clean, directly at Beijing road with alot of food, shopping, famous restaurants and club/cocktail bar. I will be back again. staff is courteous. they have a gym too. the bus back from canton fair to hotel, their staff even provide drink and snack too. 5 star for them.

This hotel rooms are super clean and the service is awesome. Hotel well located near the mall and near most popular attractions. Walking distance to Beijin Lu. I definitely recommend this hotel

Cleanliness is good, nothing much to say except there can be flies in the toilet. There is daily room cleaning service. Location is excellent, just 5 mins walk from Beijing Lu metro station. Plenty of food choices right outside. My favourite was the Chaofa Beef restaurant (2min walk from the hotel) which costs under 10 USD per pax. The small claypot rice shop at the other side of the street was also great. The front desk service was great. Employees here go the extra mile to accommodate your requests. The main problem with this hotel is the weak soundproofing in every room. You can clearly hear footsteps of people in the corridor, and door slamming. As this hotel only occupies the 1st and 2nd stories, you can occasionally hear sounds from the 3rd storey, which is a residential area. The rooms with outside-facing windows are the worst offenders; you can hear people talking on the ground floor and if it's raining, the rain will hit the metal platform that's holding the AC exhaust and make very loud and annoying sounds (even when the window is closed). This is an architectural flaw of the building design. They should've used a different material for the platform. Although the room may say "no windows", some rooms have a window that face a corridor/wall, so your room can be affected if the light outside is turned on. Overall, this was still a great stay and I'd recommend it if you aren't sound-sensitive and want excellent value for money.

Carpeted room and curtain was very dirty with Moist n cigrette smell. We can hardly breath hence request to change room. Hotel staff did their best to change to a non carpet room it’s was better but the soundproof is bad as u can hear pple talking when they passby and slamming their door . one of the manager on duty on 23March did her best to change room and was extreme patience and helpful. Overall The location was very good.

I originally booked for 2 nights but after staying for a night I decided to book another hotel. The main reason is the smell of the room, it has this ordour in the room and the carpet was dirty (the photos was taken the following morning). I stayed and didn't get a room change because I believe it was the last room when I booked and I was tired from traveling. I went to the afternoon tea, there was another 30 minutes left. When I got to the dining area, there were no food and tables were full of people's left overs.

Good location next to Beijinglu metro station exit A . There are 2 big depar**ent store **all.Good breakfast and good afternoon tea and snack.Easy to go to canton tower have delicious Guangzhou Grilled Duck.

Service was amazing... very friendly staff (Miss Chen)... Amenities in the room were so complete... Room ambience were all good and nicely adjusted.. Location is very close to MRT station.. overall it was a nice pleasant stay... 😁

Excellent location , near metro station and a lot restaurants nearby . The only disappointed thing is no tv movies to enjoy at night as the tv box is only for vip members . Overall is good
