Super good service and support from the owner and the administrators - Sharp and Joey and the team. Very clean room with clean linen and curtains. Washrooms are clean and essentials are provided too. At this price, there’s no other hotel or home stay in Guangzhou that can top this one. Will definitely return again soon.

Because of the Canton Fair, hotel prices have risen so much that it's good value for money. The owner is kind.

It’s not clean, there’s centuries-old dust everywhere. The room smelled very much of cigarettes. I couldn't spend more than 30 minutes in it after checking in. But the money was never returned to me. I had to look for another hotel.

The location is hard to find. There is no elevator on the fifth floor. It is on an isolated island. The hygiene is poor. And no one is working.
