酒店位於農貿市場樓上，每天6點左右會被市民買菜的聲音、剁骨的聲音吵醒，房間隔音效果較差。住宿期間酒店未提供每日打掃、不會主動及時提供每日免費瓶水，體驗感較差。

位置離上下九步行街和永慶坊都不遠。酒店人員態度非常熱情，因為行李很多幫助我們把行李搬到房間！床鋪很乾凈也很舒服，洗澡水也很好👍還有提供公共洗衣房，非常貼心！5星好評！推薦入住！

説句實在話，在這寸土寸金的廣州黃金地段，這個環境，這樣的價格真的是太驚喜了。老闆娘超級熱情，幫我們提箱子。下雨天前台貼心的備了雨傘。今年新裝修的酒店設施也很新，很乾凈，這個檔次別的酒店價格都翻2倍了。下次來還住這裏，關鍵地鐵，交通都很方便。

最差的住宿體驗，情況如下：
1.訂單頁面寫的有窗，實際為內窗，還是被封死的，約等於沒窗，赤裸裸的騙人，屋內由於沒窗非常潮。
2.酒店位於一個小市場邊上，周邊污水橫流，非常臭，早上還非吵。
3.酒店前台在一個很深的過道中，長長的台階，如果攜帶大行李搬運要累死人。
4.入住客服人員態度不好，發現窗户問題找他，來句“這就是窗户，我們這就這樣……”
其他垃圾之處不一一列舉了。

太吵隔音不好，出行離上下九步行街幾百米還可以，周邊有很多小吃，性價還是可以，就是隔音不好大早上會很吵，推薦去陶陶居總店吃早點，總店走過去幾百米就到了。
