大學裏麪的賓館，去看孩子，學校裏面住着方便。設施老舊，還算乾淨整潔，園子裏綠化和小魚塘蠻不錯的，網速快，帶着電腦辦公挺好。衞生間淋浴沒有專門分區，洗完地上濕漉漉，好在水温穩定。

衞生真的特別特別差勁 半夜有一衹拇指大的蟑螂趴在牆上 還有兩衹壁虎 一大一小😡😡😡😡巨噁心！！

設備非常落後和陳舊，嚴格的説根本沒有淋浴間，直接在小小的坐廁旁邊裝了個淋浴，所以要在廁所旁邊洗澡，洗澡之後整個廁所都是濕漉漉的，吹風機非常不夠力，短頭髮都要分很多次吹還吹不幹，水放了很久也依然有點涼，天氣再冷點估計會感冒，窗户衹是一個玻璃擺設而已，完全打不開的那種，唯一的好處就是在華農校園裡，環境是無敵的，考試或聚會是很方便的。綜合來説，性價比和體驗很一般。

去考試入住，在校園內，地點一流，但設施較舊，没乾濕分離，清潔度一般，如對住有一定要求的不建議，求方便對環境没太大要求的，可以考慮

不知道為啥，給我一個很角落的地下室一樣的房間。整層沒有其它入住客人，走廊也不開燈，都開看不到房間門牌號。
進房間後，不知道是燈太少還是老化嚴重，照明很暗很暗，枱燈是壞的，電話是壞的，網絡不穩定。呼叫客服，換了枱燈，網絡也基本正常，電話就算了。夜裡，被子太薄，就櫃子裏拿出一床厚被子。半夜智鬥櫃門十分鐘，因為軌道變形，非常難打開，拿出來的被子帶着厚厚的黴味，感覺發黴了。但是沒有辦法，忍着，睡去。
房間設施十分陳舊，似乎是三十年前的招待所，還十分潮濕，十分昏暗。大家一定謹慎選擇，不要在最下面一層，因為是個山坡，就可能變成地下室了。

優點：環境非常美麗，空氣很好，晚上到早上8點比較安靜
缺點：價格偏高，設施陳舊，一次性拖鞋都沒有，想午休根本不可能，餐廳人員大聲聊天，即使窗户全部關閉也還是太吵了，隔音效果不好，工作人員在過道説話全部聽得很清晰
