I have stayed here many times, but this time was the worst experience. It took more than two minutes to get hot water. I called the front desk and asked for disposable shoes, but they didn't deliver.

There were so many bugs in the room that I was so scared that I went to the front desk to change rooms. The service points were given to the waiter who helped change rooms, otherwise I would have been scared to death. The room was next to the expressway. It was very noisy and I couldn't sleep. There was nothing around. All in all, it’s nice to have a hotel during the Canton Fair. You shouldn’t be too picky, but bugs can’t be tolerated. 55
