房間內部東西還算齊全，沒有浴巾，沒有蚊香，床不夠軟。房屋角落打掃的不是很乾凈，和客服反映問題不能夠及時處理，最後還是打了攜程的官方電話才解決問題，剛進去的時候，房間裏的很多用電器並沒有插，而且廚房的各種材料都是過期的，鍋還有異味。一晚上的電費大約在七八度左右，雖然是商用電，一塊錢一度電其實還可以，但是還是超了地方的平均標準，一定會需要自己再交一點的。整體來説性價比其實還可以。

每晚免費用5度電,多出自付,周圍飲食方面多,房東訊息回覆慢建議打電話,洗衣機很舊不敢用,位置不好找,早上6點多開始吵,晚上12點多後安靜,性價比很高可以住

房子挺不錯的，地理位置很好，樓下是菜市場，也有很多吃的，有超市，離地鐵站也很近很方便，就是有兩個不滿意的地方！！！第一馬桶，是智能馬桶，但是水壓很小很小！沖水很不方便，完全不能上大號，感覺沖不乾淨，第二點！衹給五度電，之後需要額外充電費！住四天壓根不夠用，用吹風機吹頭髮，開一下空調，根本不夠！
