So convenient to metro stop shops and restaurants. The breakfast was plentiful and good variety. The service was excellent and staff very friendly . The washer was excellent. And so cute the little delivery robot

The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect – close to metro. However, we booked a non-smoking room, but upon entering, there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. To make matters worse, there was even an ashtray in the room, which clearly indicated that it wasn’t treated as non-smoking. This was quite disappointing and impacted our stay.

The hotal staff is very cooperative. My room had smoke smell. I asked the receptionist to change my room, she changed the room without any questions asked. This hotel is not a smoking free hotel, you will see people smoking almost everywhere. About 1 minute walk to the Metro and a supermarket. Very convenient location.

The third floor looks recently renovated while the second floor needs improvement. The rooms look a lot bigger in photograph than they actually are. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a better room category because we were not satisfied with the room and bed size. The breakfast has limited options and lacks English speaking staff at the restaurant. The hotel has a strong incense smell in the lobby area. If not for the metro access and it's location in the market area, I would not recommend the hotel to an international traveller.

The room we stayed in was small, but it had everything you need to have a nice stay in a hotel: bed was comfortable, very clean room.
Note: for us the location was perfect, near metro station and convenience for taxi pickup.
