Totally not a hotel. They advertise like a hotel but it’s airbnb in different towers within the same vicinity. Pictures are very different. Very dirty. Check in was horrible. Room had no heat hot water and electricity was shut off due to short circuit. We had to change from 3 bedroom to 2 bedroom in the middle of the night. Travelled with family between 4-75 years of age which was a totally complete bad experience. There was people talking, walking, screaming and children playing at 3am.

房間環境可以自己看，最重要的是他家定位跟實際不一樣，唯一略滿意的是客服處理問題速度尚可，但對我的行程不可避免的造成了很大影響，馬戲耽誤了二十分鐘！一進屋撲面而來的簡陋。

位置還可以，離長隆挺近的，就是房間的床一般，環境衞生也可以，客服耐心引路！我們訂的是最大的房間4大4小剛好入住！

酒店離長隆動物世界很近，很温馨，衞生也比較趕緊，設施齊全，有廚房，可以自己做飯洗衣服，很方便，適合親子居住

房間樣式沒預訂的好看，有點失望。空調也有問題，還好天氣不冷，不開也影響不大。房間還是乾淨，服務不錯，超過了免費寄存行李時間也沒有催，也幫我們保管得很好！

旅行時太忙，沒來得及及時評價。整體來説性價比挺高啦！客服溝通及時詳盡，入住很順利，周邊吃飯的選擇很多，去動物園打車也很便利。唯一要注意的一點安全提醒：如果帶小娃娃去，閣樓的樓梯上下要格外注意，避免磕碰😛

首先酒店的交通很方便，機場坐地鐵可以直達，出地鐵走10分鐘左右就能到，而且這段路上很多像潮發啊，大鴿飯這些網紅飯店，最關鍵是地鐵站有去長隆野生動物園和大馬戲團的免費循環班車，10分鐘一班，免費的哦！然後説説酒店，設施很全，微波爐冰箱油酊都派上用場了，有事聯繫店家解決的也很快，這個要表揚。唯獨有兩個問題，第一個算是我自己的問題，這個房間因為是loft的緣故，從照片就能看出，上下是沒有隔音的，所以如果你是兩大帶兩小那沒問題，要是還多帶一個打呼嚕的長者，那就慘了，反正我是帶着耳塞睡的😂，第二個是這房間的廁所真的太臭了，排風扇24小時開着也沒用，廁所門就不能開，一開整個房間一股下水道翻上來的酸臭味，這個問題店家要好好解決一下
