The staff is helpful.
The hotel location is good, there is subway in 10 min walk from the hotel, there are a lot of shopping malls and stores around.
It’s clean and spacious.

My family and I recently stayed at 廣州叢林大象酒店 and I have to say that it was an excellent experience. From the moment we checked in, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. What really impressed me, however, was how child-friendly the hotel was. My kids loved the animal-themed decor and the play area, which kept them entertained for hours. Overall, I would highly recommend 廣州叢林大象酒店 to anyone traveling with children, as it is one of the best family-friendly hotels I have ever stayed in."

I feel cheated by Ctrip. I booked a bad hotel and had a bad experience.
It shouldn't have 4 stars/4 diamonds. It looks like a 2/3 star apartment.
It's a bit shabby, there is no lobby, the front desk is on the 10th floor, and the other floors are another hotel. It's inconvenient to get in and out. There is only one elevator in a building with almost 20 floors, and it is used to transport goods. I waited too long to wait for the elevator until I finished reading my circle of friends.
The toilet was flushed three times before it was clean, and the sound insulation was not good.
The shower door can't block water, and there is water all over the floor.
The bathroom is very dark, the light ***** is broken, don't come if you need to put on makeup.
