帶孩子出來玩，因為買不到票回去，衹好在廣州多留一晚。這個公寓最大的優點就是離地鐵站近！一出站就可以上樓了入住了，主打一個方便快捷。房間很小（如圖）衞生方面，我關注是否更換床上用品，衞生間是否清潔過，其他的沒太在意，反正也衹是住一晚。整體來説衞生方面還是及格的，130元一晚，位置在廣州地鐵站的旁邊也是對得起這個價格了。

房間佈置温馨，收拾得乾淨整潔，住得舒坦。公寓就在地鐵口，出行便捷，周邊還有一個小商圈和很多大排檔，休閑娛樂都可以得到滿足。老闆人很好，熱情耐心，五星好評！！

設施：房間有洗衣機，空調，投影儀，吹飛機，熱水器，燒水壺。設備完好
衞生：衞生乾淨整潔，被子軟軟的。
環境：小而精，還有的都有，一樓就是地鐵口，出行方便，有各類茶飲店，小吃店。
服務：服務態度很好，熱情周到。

衞生環境還是很OK的 乾乾淨淨 該有的都有 而且樓下超市吃的都有 特別方便 下樓就是地鐵 店家服務態度也很好 基本都是有求必應的 唯一有一點點就是隔音不太好 附近有施工和有人吵架聲音都很大 而且晾衣服的地方也不太好 在房間裏面 曬不到太陽 但是房間還是很通風的 窗户很多 要是稍微能改善點 下次還是會再來的

實在沒法給好評，是我住過最差的一次體驗，首先，找地方就花了一番周折，本座大廈裏有各種不同的公寓，其實也是不同的老闆在經營本大廈的幾個房間，沒有招牌，也沒有前台，衹能讓老闆直接帶進房。其它不多説了，最糟糕的就是裏面住的人太雜亂，隔壁住的也不知什麼人，反正幾個人整個通宵在打牌和吵鬧，房子本來隔音效果就差，外面的説話聲和隔壁洗衣機的聲音都一清二楚，所以被隔壁幾個人吵得整晚不能入睡，我半夜兩點凌晨四點都去敲了門，但對方還是照舊，實在忍無可忍，衹能選擇打110報警

性價比超高！公寓完美體現了什麼叫“麻雀雖小五臟俱全”，交通便利沒得挑，出了地鐵就到了，就是剛到時是夜裡不太好找，在地鐵出口左後方。公寓樓下吃東西特別方便，還有一家子曰禮餐廳環境味道都特別好。

一出南浦地鐵站就是酒店所在的大樓，因為採取自助式入住，好不好是見人見智的。
酒店房間雖小，但應有儘有。因為房價不高，性價比自然就上去了。但房間內較潮濕，這是小套房的通病，接受不了的就注意下。
週遭用餐的選擇相當多，挨著地鐵站交通十分便利。下次還會再預訂。
入住時網路有問題，工作人員很快的幫我排除。非常感謝！
