The guest said that he would not issue invoices, and he asked people to book them wherever they wanted (the tone was not very good). Wouldn't he teach people open? As a hotel front desk, at least the spirit of service should be there.

Through the praise of the Internet, I chose Yishan Yishui Hotel for the second year of my wish trip. I was not disappointed. The rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel staff has a very good service attitude, especially the manager Chen in the lobby, the beautiful girl at the front desk, and the driver Chen. Master, the aunts who know the taste and happiness are warm and kind...will continue to choose to stay in the future!

房型又小而且還是加價升級的行政房間，服務又差，冰箱壞了打電話詢問，前台回覆你房間的冰箱是恆温的，結果隨便找了個人説上來看，人家説這個酒店本來就有些房間冰箱是沒用的，誰大熱天酒店冰箱恆温？這個太時髦了吧……我是沒見過其他酒店的恆温冰箱，第一天住進來晚上點了吃的，自己下去拿的，上來的時候還看到了便衣外賣員送餐給酒店住客，看完醫生回來辦理續租問了一句點餐能否讓禮賓部送餐，因為不方便走動，也不給，説不能送餐上樓，那為啥別人可以？還有被子上居然還有“小動物”，那些“小動物”滋咬的皮膚一塊紅一塊腫，很感謝這個酒店，讓我們原本打算去對面醫院能夠休息好這一點都沒能做到，床褥的小動物把我們咬的兩個晚上睡不着，要不是因為醫生説暫時不能開車，壓根不會續租，以後都不住了，

本次出差感覺很好，預訂的酒店地理位置方便，應該也是本地有名的酒店，打車報酒店名字司機都知道。工作之餘酒店的健身房環境也很好，十分乾淨。設備也比較完善，能滿足正常鍛鍊。值得一提的是酒店還提供很多不同類型的枕頭，對睡眠質量不好的人有特別的關愛。房間很大很乾凈。下次公幹還選擇這個酒店。

不知道是第幾次來入住卡威爾酒店啦，每次入住酒店都有新的感受，首先酒店位置旺中帶靜，離江南西就10分鐘車程不到，去天河等商圈就20分鐘左右但是酒店旁邊就是一個公園，所以住的真的非常舒適。第二入住酒店的服務員的服務意識非常好，不是按其他酒店的死板的服務，和我一齊辦理入住有另外幾個房間的客人，可以看到服務員從稱呼、需求都是按照不同房間的客人去做的、這個感覺真的很好，給我們客人很放鬆的感覺。還最後就是性價比試問這家價格在廣州要訂一個配套齊全、服務周到的酒店可以有幾個選擇？所以之後要出差或者旅遊來廣州，我還是會再訂這家酒店

酒店位於工業大道，交通便利，適合朋友出行和商務出差者留居，酒店內有一個城市花園，花園環境優美，舒適宜人；這次定了一個雙床房，房間內設施完備，裝飾優美，環境乾淨衞生；到店落實房間時，客服人員服務周到，值得一提的是，自助餐廳出品品類較多，值得一試，大堂環境優美，適合拍照打卡。周邊還有知名商圈，可到附近逛街吃飯看電影。

衞生：衞生挺乾淨的 環境：酒店裝修的風格是比較偏典雅商務風的，也比較新。 服務：服務員，態度很好，大半夜的問他們借充電線都送上來了。

卡威爾係廣州酒店的性價比天花板，三百多的價格，有類似五星級的享受，我也是服，絕絕子哦。酒店房間也蠻舒適的，附近吃飯的少了一點，但是酒店員工很熱情呀

前台小哥真心不錯，看到我不舒服升級了房間帶窗户。很多年前帶父母來住過。這次沒有讓我失望，一如既往的好！

前台服務太差 第一次，房卡刷不進電梯樓層，重新做卡依然不行，前台竟然懷疑是我的問題，帶他們實習生跟我去刷卡依然不行。 第二次，跟前台商量好延時退房到14點，結果十二點多重新做卡，衹能刷電梯，不能進房間。跟前台反應，前台説你打電話給我啊！！！啊啊啊啊啊啊啊啊啊

1:昨晚去辦完入住放完行李就出門吃飯了，回到酒店已經11點多整理好去洗澡時，浴室下水道是堵塞的，期間來了倆位工作人員陸續操作了一下到了一點多才搞好，而我們早上六點多就需要起床出門做事，這很影響心情和精神，2:去辦入住的時候告知我們定的房間是一個偏三角形的小窗户房型可以額外加60元升級換成大窗户，我在你們酒店住過很多次，這是第一次遇到這種情況，之前同樣的訂單價格還更優惠房型窗户也都是和昨晚一樣的，這個我不能理解，如果窗户不同價格不同這個你們可以明確寫在各平台你們預訂酒店的頁面上，現場才告知説這個房間房型和窗户比較次可以加錢換這個行為我是可以舉報欺詐的，3:本來就睡沒幾個小時大早上的你們酒店就開始施工裝修，這更讓我氣憤，然後昨晚因為下水道堵塞問題本身就耽誤了休息時間，退房的時候非但沒理解在收拾東西時還打倆次電話催促趕緊退房....總是這次入住很惱火
