It was my first experience to stay at Rosewood hotel and was amazing!!
Everything was perfect especially hotel staff's heartwarming work.
We enjoyed spa at couple room we can enjoy nice Guangdong tower view, therapist is well-trained, relaxation room is the best I've ever been.
When we arrived at our room a little trouble had happened(it's not a big one) every staffs had tried to do their best, it made us so comfortable.
We enjoyed two dining experiences; morning buffet and dinner at Chinese restaurant.
Both are very high qualities especially Chinese restaurant is highly recommended!!
I regretted that I forgot to ask female waiter's name, we really thanks for her hospitality.
We will be back to Rosewood Guangzhou for sure.

BEST HOTEL IN GZ!!
Is just THE Best - from the moment I enter hotel till departure, everything was smooth and exceptional!!!!!
I extended my stay for another night by paying extra charge for my train ticket because I Just didn’t want to leave the room.

Our room was located on 100th Floor and had a wonderful view of the Canton Tower and area nearby. The room was great , except the window was a bit dirty that probably need more cleaning scheduled.
We had a wonderful dim sum lunch at the Chinese restaurant and service was great. It’s quite chill with an open kitchen setting and service was very attentive.
Our room rates included daily breakfast and service was good, and more details should be given to the Chinese dim sum served as my dim sum dishes were not hot , and this should not happen to the Rosewood brand.
A special thanks to the front desk staff Sophia ( 宋思逸） for taking care of us during our stay. She’s been very pro active by making sure our needs have been addressed , and also reaching out to make sure our restaurants have been securely confirmed. Overall , I found the front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, directly connected to K11 shopping mall. Got assigned the room I preferred - 03 room on 99th floor, really thankful! Very good breakfast, and amazing view.
