房間很乾凈也很大，窗户也很大，空氣良好，房間設施齊全，服務到位，酒店大堂明亮，前台小姐服務態度温柔，解決問題速度快，微笑服務，酒店2樓設有飯店，吃飯方便。周邊交通也很方便，有地鐵3號線，公交🚌多，到哪裡都方便。

獨自回國旅行，在銀河酒店訂了四晚，倒時差順便沒啥目標地在廣州隨便走走逛逛。酒店地址和衞生都還可以。但是第二天早上十點左右就被敲醒，説是要搞衞生，第三天早上七點二十服務員直接刷房卡進了房間，把我嚇醒趕緊問是誰，她卻説“你不是退房了嗎”……雖然她知錯後表示不好意思，但我再也睡不着了，本來就在倒時差，連着兩天早上被動驚醒，頭疼不已！跟總枱投訴後也沒收到迴應。
退房那天早上我就問了一句，在總枱坐着的應該就是管理人員，表示已經知道投訴內容，但沒表示歉意，衹為服務員解釋説她是想打掃衞生……
再説一下早餐，全是一次性塑料餐具，提供的食物是白粥鹹菜和包子饅頭雞蛋，不敢相信這是廣州的銀河酒店的早餐，除了第一天早上，再也沒有去過早餐廳……

大樓很漂亮，房間還可以，應該是很早之前裝修的，地板有點臟兮兮的，不過其它的方面都還行。交通還是挺方便的。
