This hotel was amazing! Very modern, clean, and smells great everywhere! The carpet in my room was spotless which is usually not true for hotels! I love the way that everyone greets you with a smile. The live singers on Friday night were amazing in the lobby! A special thanks to Clinton for being an amazingly patient and helpful human at 5am in the morning. He granted a for me late check out for me and helped charge my phone! Will definitely stay again

I absolutely loved my stay at the W Guangzhou! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. I was assisted by Jerex at the front desk, who made the check-in process smooth and helped me settle into a beautiful room with a stunning city view. Clark at the concierge desk was incredibly helpful in making dinner reservations at a nearby restaurant and organizing excursions—his assistance truly elevated my experience. The hospitality throughout my stay was exceptional. The location is perfect, with a variety of restaurants nearby and close proximity to Park Central. One of the highlights was the live music at Woobar—such a fun atmosphere! The singers were talented, engaging, and made the evening truly memorable. I also enjoyed spending time at the gym and sauna, both of which were well-maintained and relaxing. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I can’t wait to return!

I enjoyed a fantastic stay at the W. Beautiful room and excellent service! I especially want to the the guest relations officer Clark Huang, who went above and beyond to assist me with restaurant reservations and advice on tourist sites, and he even arranged cake and wine for my birthday from the hotel. Much appreciated, Clark! My only complaint is about the dinner I had one night at The Kitchen Table, which is generally highly rated. They serve a great breakfast buffet each morning, which I enjoyed, but dinner was a major disappointment. I ordered mushroom soup, pizza and chocolate ice cream from their a la carte menu. The soup was pretty good, but the pizza was soggy and unwieldy, and the 50 yuan ice cream turned out to be one of those tiny paper cup ones that you can buy for around 7 yuan at any convenience store. It was an expensive meal, so I was quite unhappy. But everything else about the W Guangzhou was great, and I would love to stay there again. And though I likely won’t try to dine at The Kitchen Table for dinner again, I would look forward to the breakfast buffet. Highly recommended!

The hotel is extremely trendy. A free drink is treated in the WooBar, and the live music is unforgettable. Free delicious ice-cream is also treated for the children. The bed and room are extremely comfortable. Cora and Yancy (staff at W hotel) is extremely helpful who provides so much valuable information to facilitate our stay.
