已幾次因出差住在這裏，此次住在套間，總體仍不錯。但會客廳中茶几上的茶具內，都發黴了（見圖），説明衞生做的不細！

沒想到恆大的酒店竟然這麼差。主要是硬件，年久失修，很破舊。很失望。還好服務很好，彌補了短板。房間很濃重發霉味道，整晚都空氣非常差。空調沒有，房間很熱。衛生間的電視是壞的。陽台的欄杆鏽跡斑斑。羅馬柱底部竟然用很細的鐵絲簡單圍著。超級無語。到處很破舊。真算不上什麼高級酒店。酒吧處有飲料單，冰箱裡竟然沒有東西。自來水打開時一股濃重的臭味

到廣州再次入住增城恆大酒店，正值淡季，顧客不多，使得酒店環境很清靜，雖然人不多，但各項服務都保持不錯！

空調吹的是25度 無法調節，要打開窗才能涼快些。雖然現在是二月份，但這是廣東 氣温29度！**！燈掣好多都系壞的 電動窗簾都壞左。成間房好悶好焗，個冷氣完全調唔到温度！電視頻道一大半都系雪花熒幕、能看的也是解析度很低的 好像上個世紀的電視一樣。淋浴花灑也是壞的，浴缸的下水口也是一碰就掉。衹是酒店外觀漂亮 房間真的不行

過來這邊出差的，酒店的位置不好找，但是相對來説比較安靜不吵鬧，房間的床很大有2米多，特意仔細看了下衞生也是比較乾淨的，酒店雖然比較老了，但是保養得不錯，退房的時候前台小姑娘還提醒我開車過來需要掃個免費停車碼，差點給忘了，下次過來增城出差還會繼續訂這家。

酒店客房洗手間、陽台都很大，雖然已經開了10+年了。但是設施保養還算很好，房間衞生也很乾凈。細節做得比較到位，房間不僅有提供一次性棉拖鞋還有獨立包裝的膠拖，另外陽台還有晾衣桿。酒店周邊環境空氣都很好，酒店前台服務響應快，有問必答，酒店離21號線中新站很近，偶爾過去休閑放鬆是個不錯的選擇。

住過的可能條件不是最差但服務最差的酒店！早上七點半睡得正香給被前台打電話吵醒！床頭的牆上有大蟑螂屍體！連住不進行客房清潔就算了，想要礦泉水座機播前台打了三次都沒人接，最後沒辦法衹能用手機打平台留的電話聯繫！現在想想都還是覺得真的很離譜，服務太差了！！！

酒店大堂比較好看，房間內有送歡迎水果，房間裝修比較成就，但是保養的還可以，衞生間設計的比較大，自助晚餐種類不算豐盛，取餐區較小比較混亂，自助早餐種類很少。
