23年來過一次湖天，當時覺得物超所值。這才過去一年再來，從細節開始變差。首先，完全不隔音，過道的行人，隔壁的電視，電梯的聲音。然後，前台電話不打超過三次是沒有人接的，有問題要求打禮賓部，禮賓部根本無人接聽。其次，洗漱用品特別糟糕，最後真的，我沒有見過這麼“大”的吹風機，但凡頭髮多一些可能就要濕法入眠了。祝各位旅途愉快！

酒店位置好，周邊吃飯很方便。酒店有自己的停車場。酒店是湖南省駐廣州辦事處，湘菜館很著名。早餐很棒。

到廣州時正趕上下雨，房間內暖氣空調暫時沒有，打前台電話服務員馬上給送了一台電暖器，服務態度很好！樓後面有個停車場能停十台車吧。早餐還可以吧能吃飽。
