Before check-in, the hotel took the initiative to call to ask if the room needed any special preparations, such as toothbrushes, slippers, and bed rails for children. After check-in, I saw that everything was already prepared in the room. I also want to thank Cici. Last night, my friend caught a cold and asked for two hot packs. Cici helped to deliver them and took the initiative to care about our situation. She also took the initiative to send 2 servings of pear syrup, which was very thoughtful.
